FBH Comments on Major Highway Redesign Project

Friends of the Blue Hills has been working with MassHighway on the major redesign of the I-95/I-93/University Avenue interchange and recently submitted comments on the project to EOEA Secretary Bob Durand as part of the formal environmental process. In its letter the Friends called for the maximum amount of wetlands restoration possible in the area north of the interchange in Canton. We also asked MassHighway to create and restore trails in and around the interchange to connect surrounding neighborhoods with the Reservation.
